    Great teacher! I took the express class for the first time ever (been doing the 90-minute Bikram classes for years now, and never did a short one) and feel like there needs to be a disclaimer on the classpass site for this class. It was one of the most humid, difficult, and mind-bogglingly hot classes I have ever taken. I almost passed out and nearly vomited. I had no idea the 60-minute express class would be so much more rigorous than the 90--have never had that experience in Bikram before! Please take heed & stay safe, yogis!
