    A high energy class that was great for the end of the work day. Small towel was provided and the studio was gorgeous- I’d certainly come back! There were showers and change-rooms, only negative was that the bathrooms weren’t very clean.

    What a lovely relaxing class. Gisele gives a beautiful guided meditation and a creates a calming space. I liked how she used a musical instrument at the end of the class, which was a nice way to finish. Highly recommend her classes!
