    What an intense experience this was! Doable but definitely will push you to limits - it sure did me today. Shannon was an energy machine and was in control of a full class. Loved his clear instructions and that we didn’t share stations which is Covid safe. Will definitely return.

    Great session with hills and sprints - good music and kept the heart rate up with strength at the end. Caitlin was great as she kept motivating and checking in with form the whole way through each interval. See you next week
