see all reviewsThis place is super fun. I hope more reformer beginners try this place. They don’t hold the moves super long so that you are in a lot of pain. And also there’s a ton of variety class to class. And also some of the moves involve balancing which makes them feel more fun and interesting. Also you also get a lot of attention from the instructor. But also I know I’ll be sore tomorrow from it.

Unique holistic workout centered on functional resistance exercises involving mats, weights, and dynamic movements. Angelo's demonstrations and instructions were clear and he focused on helping each student as often as needed. Lots of great lactic acid build-up and feeling the burning of muscles. Just need some comfortable sneakers/grip socks/bare feet and water. Happie Space also prides themselves on their meditation sessions and plant vitamins for a holistic way to take care of the body and the mind. Amazing experience, loved the small class and great attitudes!!
