This particular class is not the best for beginners as there is no LCD screen telling you what to do and how to perform it with correct form. This is especially the case if you’re new to boxing technique, as the instructors don’t correct your form. Would’ve appreciated more complex/ creative combinations on the bags. Also would be good if they had called out somethings to focus on E.g. Engaging core whilst lifting weights above the head so as not to arch/ posterior pelvic tilt etc.

A healthy mix of motivation but also understanding - offers the option to take on a challenge (more reps or more weight) but never pressures it.
