    Liz is always great! Challenging full body workout. She was talking to another instructor after class and that instructor was blabbing about how teaching certain classes are a drag. That was just unprofessional and inappropriate to do in the lobby filled with their own studios clients.

    The studio is gorgeous - clean, sleek, and laid back genuinely COOL vibes. Not your usual pretentious Pilates studio. This class itself was amazing. Nicol gave personalized attention to everyone in the sold out class and led a dynamic flow which used all parts of the machine. Would basically move to this area just so I could go to this class more frequently.

Ariel is a great instructor and I didnt feel intimidated at all even though the class was pretty challenging and Id never been on a reformer before.     This was my first time ever to Barry’s, and I had a great experience! Everyone at the front desk was SO nice and helpful. I’ve been avoiding going to Barry’s because I typically hate running, but they managed to make cardio more fun for me! Loved the instructor - his instructions were clear, easy to follow, and his energy was great. Loved the variety of music between trap and the Pussycat Dolls! The facility was immaculate, and I enjoyed having a nice place to take a shower afterwards. (Also loved the juice bar after class for a post-class protein smoothie!) I’d definitely try Barry’s again :)

    Lunchtime Quickie

    Having completed nearly 500 classes on ClassPass, I can honestly say this was one of the most well instructed, motivating, and challenging classes I have taken. Carlos structured the class to accommodate all fitness levels and challenge multiple parts of the body at one time for a true full body workout. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but conveyed a genuine care and passion for his profession and students. If you’re anywhere close to this studio his class is a must! If I could give it 100 stars I would; great job Carlos!

    Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

    I had been to this studio under previous ownership and I don't care for the front section of the space so I was relieved this class was in the larger back area of the studio. The person at the front desk was welcoming, Denis immediately introduced himself, and another instructor who was using the space before we got started also introduced himself. The 2 dogs milling around the studio didn't seem to care about me one way or another but I tried not to take it personally. ;) Denis was a great instructor. He knew everyone's name, gave consistent positive feedback, and helped everyone with their form. It was a challenging class but I left feeling accomplished because of the positive environment.

    They’ve changed the class. It used to be run by Aleks, but now they’ve combined it with the normal CrossFit class and pushed it 30 mins earlier. Attendance has dwindled. I miss Aleks but thankfully the gym owner who runs the combined class is still great. I’ve only done one of the new format classes so far, so don’t take my opinion as gospel yet, but so far, it’s still a rockin class! Bootcamp-style weightlifting class with lots of cardio.
