    SCULPT Full Body

    Liz is always great! Challenging full body workout. She was talking to another instructor after class and that instructor was blabbing about how teaching certain classes are a drag. That was just unprofessional and inappropriate to do in the lobby filled with their own studios clients.

    Amazing class. Sarah is sweet and very patient. She is detail oriented and make sure to adjust your posture to get best result and avoid injuries. Class is challenging but everybody can adjust if needed. My body is always feeling great afterwards. I can see clear results! Love??

    Body Chemistry is the best Pilates studio in the city (and I believe I have tried them all!), and when Susan is visiting our fair city, it gets even better. She is aware of where every student is at in the class and keeps the choreography at a dancers pace. I highly recommend both the studio and any instructor in this special place.

    This is one of those classes that sneaks up on you. You start off stretching, then introducing moves that start to work your muscles and in no time youre dripping sweat in a circuit. Nicole is a fantastic instructor, always helping to adjust your form and go over exercises a few times. Very helpful. As someone who does a lot of circuit, this is definitely an advanced class. The exercises within stations move very fast and if youre not familiar with equipment or exercises, it can be tough to keep up. Overall an amazing workout though!

    Gentle Pilates Mat class

    I usually fill out the stars and don’t leave a review but I have to this time! Susan was so patient and helpful with all of her adjustments. You can really feel how knowledgeable and experienced she is. The class is limited to a small number of people and you can feel how supportive everyone is. Great experience and even better teacher!

    I do a lot of Pilates and yoga, so it was interesting to blend the two in this class. I found that the reformer helped refine my sense of balance in each of the poses. Would welcome a bit more physicality in the flow next time!

    It was fun and interesting to work on the Core Align equipment. If you’ve worked on a reformer, you pick it up quickly. But it has more stability challenges and proper form is essential. A lot of the movements are pretty subtle. I have an injury, and Janine was super attentive. She led a class with a variety of exercises to work the entire body. As it was my first time, I think I spent more time figuring out the form for each exercise which meant that I could do fewer reps. For many of the exercises, I would have liked more reps to really feel the work in the appropriate muscles. Janine is super knowledgeable!
