see all reviewsDougie was a great instructor! He took some time to show us a few elevated moves to work towards. This class inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and try new positions. I definitely look forward to attending his class again.

see all reviewsI recently attended my first class pass, and it was an absolute delight! As a beginner, I found the class to be incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The instructor provided clear instructions and modifications, making it accessible for all levels. The studio itself was inviting and well-equipped, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and focus. The highlight for me was definitely the music selection—it complemented the practice beautifully and enhanced the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this class for anyone looking to explore yoga, regardless of experience level.

see all reviewsToday was my first time visiting this studio. I was greeted kindly at the door and welcomed into the community. Angela was the instructor for my class and was super inclusive and a kind soul. Her energy leading the class set the tone for an amazing experience. The class was beginners friendly and I didn’t have anxiety thanks to her instruction and welcoming break down of the studio. The attendees in the class were very sweet and even smiled and said goodbye while walking to the parking lot. The studio has slightly shaded with natural sun light which allowed for a clear view of the instructor and a more energetic energy in the room. I’m used to studios with a dimly lit environment but this was a nice refresher to start my day as opposed to unwinding. 10/10 first time experience. Additional note: absolutely love that this location is non profit and donates to different schools and businesses around Nashville. 100/10 for local support. ❤️ Thank you Angela for a great session. I can’t wait for more.

see all reviewsA very approachable, casual class with friendly instructor and small class size (this room could host max 6-7 people per class). Beginner friendly, not necessarily for the seasoned yogi. The class is hosted at a wellness clinic/office in a carpeted room without any mirrors. Clear signage in the parking lot confirming where to go and very kind staff greeted us at the door to show us how to get to the basement level yoga room. Keep an eye on this spot as they're in the first couple weeks of introducing their yoga offering. The experience could definitely evolve!
