    Amazing workout. Great mix of cardio and strength with attention to our ability level and covid hygiene protocols. Music was great but loud, similar to other studios that have a treadmill/floor model. Next time I’ll bring ear plugs :)

    Power Flow - Studio Class

    With a 75 min class, you get an intense flow and some much dedicated time for stretching too. I usually attend hotter yoga practices at other studios, but really liked the extended time to focus on both aspects in this class. Will be back to this one.
