see all reviewsThis class was amazing. I try to exercise but am not a weight lifter by any means. That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!
