see all reviewsLove the class! It requires whole body movement which is good for reactivates the whole muscles. It was my first time so I couldn’t really catch up the whole class but it was okay. The restroom/bathroom was so clean, nice ambience. The staffs were helpful and nice. The coach, two thumbs! Forgot the name :( but I seriously like his class. Overall, it’s nice to try!

see all reviewsGreat energy and cues from the instructors! Almost full class cheering and participating, loved it. The receptionist and entire class spoke in Bahasa so if you're a tourist and beginner - this might not be the class for you. If you have some spin experience, you can easily catch on with their demos! :)
