She really goes above and beyond for her class and making sure every student is looked after from shoe, to bike adjustment, fit, ride experience and just her energy! also love the meditation segment at the end! The bikes at this studio is second to none too! I know Tanya prefer no pop music in class but would love more pop/dance music (oops sorry Tanya! we still love you!)

    If you want a great, challenging work out, that’s effective without all the bells and whistles this is the place.
