    Plyometrics and Speed Training

    Totally awesome experience. A solid all around workout based on plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training. Everyone in the group was super nice and made me feel welcome. I was exhausted after! In a good way. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a solid workout with a friendly group.
