    Elle was able to give precise instructions, was attentive to the attendees, and helpful with modifications during the class if needed. The class itself was well paced for beginners, and 45mins went really quickly. If you are looking for a fast paced intense workout, then another style of class might suit better.

    It was very challenging but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Declan is supportive and kind. Everyone in the class was fun and friendly. I think you should only take this class if you already work out everyday and is used to HIIT.
