    Aerial Intro

    As easy or as challenging as I liked! Rachael is a really clear instructor and helped everyone feel comfortable with the new moves we were being introduced to. Some blissful moments; swinging in our 'cocoons', swaying the aerial swing's silky fabric out side to side. And finally, I loved the empowerment aspect, I felt super grounded afterwards, which is a rarity for me it seems. Okay, I'll stop gushing now. But seriously, if you're at all curious, give this a try.

    Beginner Group Reformer - Clinical Conditioning

    Elle was able to give precise instructions, was attentive to the attendees, and helpful with modifications during the class if needed. The class itself was well paced for beginners, and 45mins went really quickly. If you are looking for a fast paced intense workout, then another style of class might suit better.

    It was very challenging but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Declan is supportive and kind. Everyone in the class was fun and friendly. I think you should only take this class if you already work out everyday and is used to HIIT.

    Excellent space. Clean and well lit. Danny is a good instructor but hardly corrects anyone's poses. Instead he teaches you to do a modification if you are not ready/able to hold a specific pose. It does zay Open Level and I like that it is however I would have preferred if the instructor offered to correct us individually, if possible.
