    Exhale Power

Great class if you want something very slow with minimal sweat. The instructor is very encouraging and gives hands on adjustments that really help you to improve you form and deepen your stretch. Facilities are beautiful and clean!

Outdoor Yoga - Exhale Flow Yoga

Thalia is amazing and her yoga class really strengthens and stretches you out. It was bad weather so we were inside, only bad thing here is that you can hear the other loud classes going on in the other room at the same time. Luckily Thalia knee to turn in some soothing music and that helped a lot.

It never ceases to amaze me what a great workout you can get with just a few simple props. Ali was amazing! Her verbal cues were so on point and I loved the flow of class. This sounds ridiculous, but I was actually sad when class ended. New fav instructor!

    Mat Pilates

This class was in a huge room and there were only 5 of us. I was afraid it wouldn't be challenging enough, but I felt the burn. A little more instruction in regard to form would be helpful, but I would recommend this class as is.

    Restorative Yoga

Very relaxing. It's important to note that there was no flow in this class. For the whole hour, we laid on our mats in various supportive postures using props. Wonderful if you just want some time of stillness and meditation, but not for those who want to move, sweat, or stretch.

I love ESY and Paulina. Some of the reviews say instructors are unfriendly, I don't think that's true at all! There's definitely a close-knot community feel at this studio, but it's welcoming.

Anna subbed class today and was such fun!! There were only three of us so it was very personalize and she kept us all honest on really trying with each and every pose. There wasn't any hands on corrections, but I still got a lot out of class!

Power 'n Flow - All Levels Yoga

I've always liked this studio, but it was my first time going to a class with LeeMarie. It was incredible--deep stretching and just the right amount of heat. LeeMarie's energy was so gentle, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on doing what's best for your own body. I've practiced all over the city and this was one of the very best yoga classes I've ever taken! Five stars, hands down.

Great energy with Csilla. Haven’t been to this studio since the ownership change and very impressed with the changes. Don’t understand some of the reviews on here. There IS water (upstairs in the hall) and the rooms and locker rooms are cleaner than they ever were. Amazing work out. Will be back!

Endurance Pilates Equipment Reformer Classical Basics

Really fast paced and intense! Note that this class was only 45 minutes, not an hour. Maybe not the best for someone brand new to pilates, but a great workout! Class size is kept small (4 people) because good form is essential. Julie was lovely and welcoming.

Sooo fun. Kate the instructor has such fun anecdotes. Playlist was alternative 80s but apparently she switches it up every week. This class is not as hard as barre at a barre studio so I'd highly recommend it for w beginner. loved it!!!!

    Postural Therapy

Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!
