    I have now been to 20 classes in Boston and Barry’s by far is the winner! It is definitely more intimidating than it looks. Everyone’s focus is on themselves, nothing to worry about there! I felt PUSHED and supported by my instructor. Love love love!

    Arms & Abs (60 Minutes)

    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Great class! The threadmill workout had just the right amount of hills and sprints and I liked how the floor workout had an organized sequence of lower body to upper body and abs. Truly a whole body workout and great way to kick off the weekend!
