    Both the instructor, Derek, and the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good mix of floor exercises (full body)and treadmill hills/sprints. As a first timer, I was a bit confused the first 4-5min as the instructor provided the instructions to the people who were on the treadmill as well the people who did the floor exercises. But once I listened carefully and I paid more attention to his instructions it was very easy to follow. I'll definitely go back to Barry's B.

    Loved her emphasis on form. She mentioned less reps and with better quality. Also, she gave out cues to make sure the correct muscles groups were targeted and people did not strain themselves.

    This was a great class! You do 4 stations for 4 minutes each and rotate, and then do tabata type cardio intervals in between. A good mix of strength training and cardio to keep your heart rate up, Im definitely gonna be sore!
