    Nice studio. I rode through the choreography and arm weights for a great cycling workout. Pace is a bit fast at times (130rpm+) but don't go that fast. Lisa was super energetic and overall I enjoyed the class despite the arm weights and choreography. Will go again.

    I. loved. Move. I’m a big handle bar fan so I was excited to have handle bar energy and vibes with a kettlebell workout. I do sometimes worry I’m gonna go deaf when I leave the studio though. The play the music loud to pump you up, but it’s a small room so it’s kinda intense ?????

    Great, great class! This was my first one and I really enjoyed. With almost each exercise, Rebekah showed alternatives depending on the level of difficulty you want so you really could go at your own pace. She also repeatedly walked the room to ensure everyone was performing the moves correctly. She was also really nice and welcoming, which definitely helps when attending your first class in a new place!

    Lily was awesome. She was motivating and offered many modifications so you had choices. She encourages you to push yourself while knowing your body's limits for safety. The class moves quickly, and the 30 second reps format makes completing every set feel more achievable. On a studio note. The gentleman manning the front desk this evening was absolutely wonderful. Burn Back Bay has a great staff.

    This is probably the best hotel gym I've been to. Joe, the gentleman who greeted me upon arrival, was so friendly and kind and I really appreciated him and his great attitude. the facility is very clean, plenty of cardio equipment, and the locker rooms have everything you could need. the free rights area is lacking a bit but still really good for a hotel gym.

    REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!
