If you’re looking for a real challenge that forces you to grow and makes you feel insanely productive and accomplished before your day’s even started, Dilan’s class is allll of that. Always beating my personal records in Dilan’s class bc she’s motivating, technical, clear, no-nonsense. All that made sense when I learned she’s a Harvard and Yale grad - uh WHAT. I know I’m getting my $$$’s worth in her class.

Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

Thalia is amazing and her yoga class really strengthens and stretches you out. It was bad weather so we were inside, only bad thing here is that you can hear the other loud classes going on in the other room at the same time. Luckily Thalia knee to turn in some soothing music and that helped a lot.

Lauren is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Always gives tough, technique driven classes. Despite that today was a busy class, she had eagle eyes on form at all times and made me feel like it was a 1:1 session. And her friendliness and positive attitude lights up the room. I take fitness classes on a daily basis, and I can honestly say I’ve been blown away by her knack for teaching and making everyone feel able and strong.

Love the Btone workout. Dahne is one of my favorites. She has a really nice, calm way about her (the way she talks about the upcoming move so matter of factly almost makes you forget how hard the workout is!). Really felt in my abs abs arms the next day. Only complaint is the machine next to the alley windows does not have cushion on the arm things at back of machine. Love Anas class. She is very welcoming, challenging, and helpful. Loved the ab work today. Thought 2 yellow springs was too much for the leg work we did (was using the red handles too much and wanted the work more in my legs). Other people seemed fine with it though, so maybe just give option one or two yellow springs option next time. Highly recommend Btone and Anas class!

So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. I hadn't tried Bar Method yet because of the reviews about them calling people out. I'm sad now that I let that deter me! In my opinion, the calling corrections to individuals by name is incredibly helpful to make sure you have the correct form to avoid injury and maximize your workout. Since I was new she called my name A TON, but that's okay because I didn't know the proper form. Every correction made me feel the exercise more intensely, which is great! I assume if I continue going to class I will learn the proper form, and my name will be called less. I highly advise going because I believe if you're going to spend the time and money doing something, you should do it right. But that's just me... Overall, great workout!!

    REPSCYCLE

REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!
