Lauren is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Always gives tough, technique driven classes. Despite that today was a busy class, she had eagle eyes on form at all times and made me feel like it was a 1:1 session. And her friendliness and positive attitude lights up the room. I take fitness classes on a daily basis, and I can honestly say I’ve been blown away by her knack for teaching and making everyone feel able and strong.

Laura was great! Class went by quickly - 10x4 minute rounds that combined punch combinations and body weight exercises. I would suggest not standing near the door - the next class gathers there and it's a little distracting.

    KICKBOX 60

Excellent endurance and cardio builder. John is excellent instructor - knows to push everyone and goes around to correct forms, etc. Kickbox60 is very similar to Box60 except with elbow, knee, and low roundhouse kicks incorporated into the drills - good combinations.

Mike taught the class and Rod was helping him out. I wish Mike showed the moves at different spots in the classroom. When it's a full house and mic doesn't work well it's hard to follow. Thankfully Rod was around and guided people. Nevertheless it was a good class.

    Boxing Technique

The class was great! First 30minutes was all about conditioning; jump rope, core and cardio rounds. The second half was partnered mitt work. The instructor was welcoming and provided feedback throughout the class and corrected form/technique. I highly recommend this class to anyone who likes boxing. Its much better than any class Title Boxing offers. Ill definitely be back and take more classes.

Location was no nonsense, simple room with bags and equipment scattered about. Class was hard, Justin pushed us and didnt let anyone slack off. Small class size, so everyone got some individual attention. Its not the Ritz, but you are going there to sweat after all.

    Kickboxing Conditioning

Very intense and fun workout that is scalable. As a first timer Amadeu helped me focus on form and work on footwork to position myself correctly at the bag. Another coach, Jason made me feel very welcomed and helped wrap my hands prior to class.

Leg day, brutal in a good way! Class is always a fun experience. Geoff never seems to have a bad day and has the right amount of enthusiasm. He also goes out of his way to introduce everyone in group training to one another, which is unique and awesome
