see all reviewsI appreciate the teacher not dumbing down the class because some attendees have little to no Pilates experience. This workout and method are NOT beginner friendly. Even with years of Pilates experience (or else), you will be challenged at every move. I strongly recommend attending the Pilates Place or similar FIRST to learn proper engagement, lingo, and endurance. Nofar is most definitely in the top three best studio and workout in Miami. I've tried my fair share of studios and workouts, and this concept is so unique. I love Antonio's teaching method. He is very hands-on with corrections and won't let you slack no matter how many times he's seen you... or not. The studio is beautiful and clean. You must have grip socks but should not own any or forgot to bring them, they sell great ones for $7 which says so much about this place. I LOVE IT HERE!! ✨️
