see all reviewsLoved it! I like that the class is 45 min, probs 30-35 min of “high intensity” work and the remaining 10-15 is more of a cool down. I think it could have used a bit more core work. Lots of squats and lunges to keep the heart rate up. Ashley was a good instructor & offered mods, which was appreciated. I’ll def go back.
