Feeling safe to play with stretches that I needed adjusting to, having tools like blocks to deepen my stretch, breathing through discomfort, and overall just enjoying myself made this a great way to start of my Friday! (ruled by venus, the planet of love) I love this class, and I'm already booking my next classes 🧚🏾♂️✨ If your having any doubts, let me shine a light in this direction, DO IT 🫶🏾🙌🏾
