Total Body (50 mins)
see all reviewsExcellent instructor, super tough class. Directions can be a bit confusing at times, but I think it takes paying more attention, going to more classes to get the hang of it and a lesser focus on surviving.

see all reviewsMolly was very welcoming and helped to give a quick run down of how the class and equipment was used since I let her know it was my first time here. This class was challenging and I could feel the full body workout the next day (not super sore). I’m looking forward to trying another class!

see all reviewsAndre (for Tues noon class) was attentive, motivating, and upbeat, per usual. The workout itself was great for working all the major muscle groups, in addition to challenging balance and stability. He's definitely become one of my favorite instructors!

see all reviewsSandro arranges fun and thoughtful choreography. Yes, there will be 8 counts and you will be spending the whole class learning a dance sequence to one song. But there’s something fulfilling about that. He breaks down each move and slowly layers and speeds up dance sequences according to how the class is picking up on it - don’t be afraid to ask him to repeat moves or slow down! And even though there is set choreography, it’s virtual so you can free flow too. In fact, Sandro is so chill and encourages you to use the choreography as guideposts and add your own flavor to it. Such a fun class!

see all reviewsTony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

see all reviewsThis was a great flexibility class with a dynamic warm up, and implementing active muscle engagements and using proper form. We focused on splits for this session (forward and middle), and I got my deepest middle after coming back to training. I will definitely take this class again!

Beginner Kickboxing
see all reviewsClass is done barefoot in a spacious padded room. Bring your own wraps and gloves, or buy/rent a set from them. Lots of emphasis on correct form for the beginner class, which I really appreciated. We learned the six basic punches and a kick. Music was a little too loud at times to hear instructors.
