And its not even heated… best part the workout is only 45min which makes you give it your all and keeps you engaged the entire time! In comparison to the other 1hr build class, i feel the shortened time really makes a difference and helps get you in and out so you can go about your day while still knowing you got a good workout in that doesnt leave you too tired to half a$$$$ the rest of the hour….
