    Livestream 75 Minute YogaSpark

Hands down the best yoga class I've ever taken. I got nice and sweaty. There were some very advanced poses thrown into the class, but the instructor made thr class feel very comfortable with modifications and a safe space to play/try the poses. I was inspired to push myself, and when I failed felt great just taking a child's pose. Take this livestream. You won't regret it!

Facility is BEAUTIFUL as well as functional. Mia is excellent with guiding participants through the movements and reassuring you if you're having some trouble. The class was challenging but not intimidating. Will definitely be returning for another round

Make Me Glow 50 Minute Facial

Loved the facial and the space, but I wish I had known it’s sort of “express spa” vibes in that you drop in, get your facial, and leave. There aren’t other facilities to use, and you don’t even change out of your clothes (so don’t show up in jeans, or come straight from a boxing class hoping to shower before your treatment like I did). On the plus side, the facial didn’t touch my hair so you won’t leave feeling like you need to shower, which happens after many other facials. Keep in mind that tip isn’t included, and the facial goes for $98 so you’re also going to pay about $20 in tip. Also they were running about 10-20 min behind and didn’t seem super fazed, so make it clear if you’re in a rush.

    FLOAT > SHOP

The class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

    IN PERSON Katonah Restorative

The adjustments are so good. Kyle really knows what he is doing and I always feel like this class puts me back together. But far more wonderful is Kyle’s enthusiasm for teaching, not just the physical poses but the theory and philosophy behind it. He clearly loves to teach, and I am happy to soak it in.

Kelly was a fantastic teacher. I was able to understand her direction and move through the movements on my own. As someone who recently started practicing yoga this was very comforting. Ill be back to practice with Kelly

    Flow Yoga

Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

    The WOOMonster Experience

The room gets a bit warm and as far as my experience they don't offer fans/ventilation The practice was super wholesome and complete. Interesting ways of getting into familiar poses and great hands on adjustments. As challenging as you make it. At the end the use of aromatherapy and sounds combined with the elimination of visual sense bathe you into a deep relaxing corpse pose. No lockers Two small clean bathrooms Free water and surprise tonic The place inspires community and creativity A great intimate space to lounge after

Really liked the instructor, she was funny and channeling positive vibes. Class is gentle in nature and an energizing hybrid of yoga + core work. It was the perfect way to start the day, just don’t go in framing the class as your workout of the day if you’re looking for something strenuous.

Great class although the room is very hot - don’t think it’s officially hot yoga but feels like it to a beginner! The poses were great and it was relaxing but it’s a bit faster than other beginner classes I have been to with much more flow
