Went at 10am on a Friday. A large gym with good equipment. FYI the sauna/swimming area is through the showers (not sign posted so a bit confusing if your first time). Friendly front of house, towels provided but need to bring your own lock for lockers.

Smaller gym but wasn’t overrun even on peak weekday time, and good amount of weights and machines. Spacious changing room/showers and offered a towel.

Great experience, my first class back at 1Rebel after a few months break and I loved it! I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. I have done classes with Caleb in the past and he is always a fantastic instructor, motivates you to do your best, explains exercises clearly, corrects form and creates a great atmosphere.

    Reformer

Really enjoyed Maddy’s class. The exercises were unique and fun (in my opinion) and the whole class was really well structured. Got me shaking within the first 5 mins

Nice gym although at 11:30 am there is already an increasing crowd, some with personal trainers, requiring to wait and share equipment. Exceptionally clean shower and sauna with shower amenities provided.

    Vinyasa Flow

I took class while on vacation after a long flight. This was perfect. Lovely class. It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. I also teach and hate starting class ungrounded like that.

Chest, Back & Abs - LIFT

Brilliant/ love Lift just wish it was cheaper credits and in more studios - love love love. Encouraged to go heavy, which is great, but as with most Barry’s there isn’t much coaching on form so a bit of experience with weights is ideal.

    FS8 Original

It was the first time I had done an FS8 class (and used a reformer) - I loved it ! Cian was really great at showing me the ropes, which quelled any nerves! Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

    The Trip

We were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time. Many thanks to the kind staff. Thank you very much.
