    Im a fitness newb and thought about taking this class for months before I got the guts to sign up, but Hollis is as amazing and encouraging as everyone says even for beginners. I took the class at a snails pace but I survived. I feel great and cant wait to go back!

    Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

    This was SO good! Max was awesome. Great energy and a well designed class (it flew by). Saw him giving individual form corrections which is a rare sighting at Barrys. He would be a great instructor to take if you are new to Barrys because you can tell he actually cares. Highly recommend!
