    SCULPT RESTORE (recovery)

    I had never done a sculpt restore class before as I feared it wouldn’t be challenging enough for my liking, but Alec provided options and modifications to increase the level of every single set if that’s what we were looking for and it made a huge difference! I was actually more sore after this one having used his modifications than some of the “harder” classes at NYP!

    SCULPT RESTORE (recovery)

    First time in Emma’s class. Usually I find sculpt and restore too easy but timing worked out for me today. Her class was definitely challenging and we did some new things I’ve never done before. Lots of hands on adjustments. Loved this class!

    The CRF Experience

    A truly inspirational class! Mat Pilates workout followed by cardio inspired movements and low impact training. As much as I hate three rounds of the same thing it’s the best way to burn fat. A really solid workout! Jay was literally the best person I ever met. As far as the space, towels and hair dryers are pretty much it so plan to bring a lock and all your toiletries!
