    RC : (F15MIN) LUNCH BEATS 45MIN

My first ever class and it certainly did not disappoint. Sick beats, and Tasha was amazing. I realised that the other reviews dont mention this, but shoes and towels are provided. There are only 4 showers, and required a bit of wait before its my turn. Would definitely come back again, but probably not during lunch break. Thanks for the great first experience!

    Ashtanga Led

Truly amazing. It was my first time trying out ashtanga led here, Lynda was clear with her instructions. I couldn’t do some of the sequences, and Lynda modified them to make poses achievable but still challenging. She was also attentive and went around correcting form. She offered us her homemade bliss balls after class which was such a lovely treat. I left feeling grateful and zen :) Thank you!

Class was great as usual. Thanks, Max. One thing to make a comment, hope that people have a common sense that they don’t place their own bags in front of room, where the instructor is. It was rather disturbing that I was forced to face sombody’s bag during the whole class. It could have been left either behind their own mat or at corner/side of the room. I did not come to see the display of handbag.

Kade was good and went around to correct our postures for us which I really appreciate! I can’t do certain postures when I was practising in a mega yoga studio chain and it’ll hurt. But somehow with her guidance or her sequences, I was able to do so which I was quite surprised? And pushed myself more too! The mats are abit thin though. Second visit here. Great class nevertheless, keep it up!

    HIIT

Robert was rly friendly and gave good instructions (gave clear gradation for each station). Small feedback wld be to make this part a bit more fast moving so we spend less time on instructions. The workout itself was simple good but short (20sec work, 10sec rest, for 8 stations, a total of... 3 or 4 cycles? Cant rmb exactly!). I felt that we cld have gone for more cycles or done some other sets. Overall a mild HIIT class w a lovely & encouraging trainer! :)

Dr kuldeep was great as usual. Gave very clear instructions to facilitate us into each pose, and took time to make sure we had the right alignment for every pose. Always enjoy his classes even tho im a newbie to Ashtanga yoga, and most of his students are already quite familiar and advanced in their practice. Will definitely keep on coming :)

    Hot Tension Relief

I love this class, I've never met an instructor who was SO clear in her instructions. I'm still a beginner and without looking at her demonstrations, I can get into the pose easily. And the stretches are so good, the room is at the perfect temperature and has good air circulation too. Manduka mats were used too, I'm so impressed with this studio so far, even tho the place looks a little old. Definitely coming back for this class!

Maya gave variations which was very helpful!! She was also sharing on story origins of some yoga poses which helped to lighten the class mood. Didnt feel much pressure from her, very motivating and encouraging towards to students to building their own practice.

    Gong Yin

First time to a gong yin class and it was a therapeutic experience! Serene gave a nice introduction to the concept of yin poses and the use of the gong and its sound frequencies to repair and rejuvenate on a cellular level. She provided good guidance through the poses. The gong part was during savasana and it was a calming way to end the session.
