Probably my favourite Barry’s day and Jeremy is a really clear instructor. Love that he gives you more info on the runs than the others (e.g. how many sprints, how long etc). My first time trying the morning session and the 9.05am finish doesn’t quite give enough time to shower and get to work afterwards. Would love if the class started at 8am instead...

Jia Wei was great! He demonstrated all the moves and encouraged us as we went along. The workout won’t be too difficult for you if you work out regularly. If it’s your first time boxing, I’ll recommend coming earlier to walk through the basic moves. The floor is rather rough so wear tights. Floor work included burpees, plank jacks, Russian twists, etc. I’ll be back!

    Bounce Barre

15 minutes of bounce followed by 30 minutes of barre in a different room. Personally felt that the switch was a bit disjointed and there wasn’t enough time for bounce - perhaps might be better if the studio could extend to an hour long class? Class size was a small group of 6, and even though Im an absolute beginner with no experience on the wall, CY was very encouraging and only made us do what we were comfortable in, encouraging but not pushing. Obstacle Course Race Class

The class was energetic. Coaches correct on our form and allows time for warm up and cool down. A circuit workout that works our strength and endurance from top to bottom. Effective workout. Will be back! class is held outdoor, do bring towel and water. They provide insect repellent. Good! Like!

    HIIT

Robert was rly friendly and gave good instructions (gave clear gradation for each station). Small feedback wld be to make this part a bit more fast moving so we spend less time on instructions. The workout itself was simple good but short (20sec work, 10sec rest, for 8 stations, a total of... 3 or 4 cycles? Cant rmb exactly!). I felt that we cld have gone for more cycles or done some other sets. Overall a mild HIIT class w a lovely & encouraging trainer! :)
