More than just workout alone, in Herzy's classes, I get to learn many new things n how to do movement the right ways, how to increase range of motions and prevent overloading on either sides(left or right) like we always do in our daily activities. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!
