    Jo yee’s programme was well planned, she talks through what’s expected in each set (floor and thread), her constant encouragement was lovely. Maybe it’s not ideal to dim the lights too dark during sprints, the atmosphere was good however it was difficult to see my strides on the thread (dimmer red lights perhaps!). Did not appreciate T17/F17 to place the floor mat along the side door, it’s quite disruptive to get more water by exiting the red door (cutting the instructor). There’s plenty of space of place the mat along the walls and it still does not block the mirror, does not block form checks. Not cool lady. 👎🏻
