    Loved it! SWEAT Sprint, this class was beast and I left feeling I got my monies worth in trade for my sweat. Good crowd and good vibes. Grouping and flow managed well by the coach. It is group fitness but I still felt like I got personal tips & encouragement by the coach. Overall a good challenge and step up from other group fitness brands.

    This class is definitely not for the faint heart. Class was great and Hyekel was really attentive to beginners (like me), and did not hesitate to check in on me. Though, it was slightly hard to hear his instructions with the loud music.

    Ian is v welcoming to all with his “good morning” and “see you”. Clear cues to thread and floor throughout, good to see demos done for the 1-2 reps to get used to the movements and doing it. He also look out for those who need a little help with the setup and was hands on about it. Would attend his class again!
