Hot Power Flow
see all reviewsFinally, a new YM teacher that isn't a disappointment. I'm a regular and attend at least 3-4 classes at different YM studios per week. YM has hired a lot of new teachers lately, and I have personally encountered about half a dozen or so just in the last 2 weeks.. Unfortunately, I feel that the new batch of teachers are not in the same league as their more seasoned instructors. Linh is so far the only one who actually has the expertise to conduct a power flow class. Cuing is on point, and the sequences are well thought out, properly preparing the body for the more advanced postures. plenty of opportunities to practice inversions and arm balances as well. Will definitely return for her classes.

see all reviewsFantastic class. Very clear instructions: Hubert demos them v clearly before the exercises and also while we doing and he always cheers us on by going around the class and doing it beside (as was a small class today) us (good for camaraderie lol) haha so i think this was my best class with him. Still intense but being able to follow was key hence enjoyed it heaps thanks Hubert!

see all reviewsLovely instructor, gives a lot of good notes to help me correct my alignment. A note on the space - I think an earlier class must have been using hand chalk and didn’t clean up well, because the floor and mats felt dusty.

see all reviewsPowerful class by Tutik! Right from the moment I stepped into the studio, she was very warm and welcoming and helped me set up the equipment. Loved how before each track, she would give us a sneak peek into what exercises would be coming up next so that we can decide what weights to rack on, as well as things to look out in our form for each exercise. Class wasn’t easy and I’m still amazed at how she could keep doing the reps and still smile through it and keep us going. Thank you Tutik for the amazing class!

I like that she was very encouraging and how she gave us some tips to get things right. Definitely learned something new today, whether it’s about myself or something that I could do daily to improve. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsFun class, it'd be more cardio-worthy once you get better at it! I struggle to get the hang of it for my first time, but there's no pressure to keep up with anything here. Unlike your usual gym sess, where you can see everyone moving at same pace and you might feel pressured to keep up there's no pressure. Because aerobics are tough, so it's definitely more of a fight against yourself and the water instead. 😂 Don't worry about not knowing how to swim as the pool is 1.2m.
