    BoomCIRCUIT

The Victoria/Bryan experience is really incomparable. They are so encouraging, creating a really welcoming space and dishing out fist bumps from time to time. I haven't done HIIT in a l o n g time and was initially scared for the class, but because you can control your own pace and how much you want to push yourself, the workout was manageable and definitely a goood sweat sesh. The circuit is indeed really well thought out!!! Thank you boOm :)

Jia Wei was great! He demonstrated all the moves and encouraged us as we went along. The workout won’t be too difficult for you if you work out regularly. If it’s your first time boxing, I’ll recommend coming earlier to walk through the basic moves. The floor is rather rough so wear tights. Floor work included burpees, plank jacks, Russian twists, etc. I’ll be back!

Awesome class by Tasha today. Excellent music and pacing, clear cues. She gave options to everyone. During the hill she came around and instead of just being like ‘increase resistance!!’ she made eye contact and smiled and told me to keep going - it was so sweet and so encouraging!!

    Metabolic Meltdown

This is the first class Ive attended at Core Collective that I feel I might come back for. Kenneth is very friendly and genuine and he makes an effort to keep everyone motivated, which was really nice. The workout itself was a little squat-heavy but maybe thats what he was going for. Could have had more form cues but overall a good experience. Thanks Kenneth!

    Xtend Barre

Most intense barre class I’ve been to without a HIIT section! LOVED the routine, it pushes you hard but is varied and creative-many different movements I’ve not seen used in other classes. 12ppl in this class so everyone has ample room although mirrors only on one side of studio. Would be nice if the studio had a designated shoes/no-shoes area though, see ppl walking to the lockers with shoes on which is kinda unhygienic if the rest of us have removed shoes to get to class. Would love if showers and towels were provided like some other studios!

    Stretch Aromatherapy

Michelle is one of the best yoga instructors I have encountered. She is clearly passionate about what she teaches. Her instructions are clear and she would always go around to correct our postures or help us to go into deeper stretches. Thanks for making this such a rejuvenating experience!

    Kettlebell Fitness

Comfortable and cozy environment. Well equipped. Friendly and welcoming instructors Daphne and Pen. Clear instructions, proper progressions, a lot of emphasis on form and technique. Excellent teacher to student ratio (1:6) for the kettlebell class.
