Sheena and Yitian were really encouraging and very good at keeping an eye on everyone (much more than boombox - understandably because those are much larger classes) so that I couldn’t possibly slack off haha. HIIT

The room was on FIRE!!!!????? Very warm due to weak air conditioning. Quite squeezy as well, with 10 people cramped into a small room and equipment scattered everywhere on the floor. But whatever the space lacks, Timothy made up for it with the routine. Really like the structured way of conducting HIIT, and his attention to correcting our form. During one of the rounds, we partnered up and tried a bit of calisthenics and it was quite fun. Really like the circuit round as well. Tim is suitably encouraging but can come across as quite dispassionate. Would be nice if he can lighten up once in a while but overall, really really good sweat (the hot room helps).
