It was so so so intense. The nonstop boxing and floor work could kill me. However I burnt a ton of calories!! Just really upset that the studio doesn’t sell the traditional hand wraps anymore, I really like them :( had to rent a wrap for $6 which was pretty ex.

Awesome party vibes characteristic of Absolute's spin classes as usual! There was a minor technical hiccup, but Kai smoothed it over pretty well... everyone was in the zone spinning away in any case! A blast of a workout (with perhaps a wee bit less upper body movements than usual) like always. :)

    Stretch Aromatherapy

Michelle is one of the best yoga instructors I have encountered. She is clearly passionate about what she teaches. Her instructions are clear and she would always go around to correct our postures or help us to go into deeper stretches. Thanks for making this such a rejuvenating experience!

Class was great as usual. Thanks, Max. One thing to make a comment, hope that people have a common sense that they don’t place their own bags in front of room, where the instructor is. It was rather disturbing that I was forced to face sombody’s bag during the whole class. It could have been left either behind their own mat or at corner/side of the room. I did not come to see the display of handbag.
