    The Victoria/Bryan experience is really incomparable. They are so encouraging, creating a really welcoming space and dishing out fist bumps from time to time. I haven't done HIIT in a l o n g time and was initially scared for the class, but because you can control your own pace and how much you want to push yourself, the workout was manageable and definitely a goood sweat sesh.     Jia Wei was great! He demonstrated all the moves and encouraged us as we went along. The workout won’t be too difficult for you if you work out regularly. If it’s your first time boxing, I’ll recommend coming earlier to walk through the basic moves. The floor is rather rough so wear tights. Floor work included burpees, plank jacks, Russian twists, etc. I’ll be back!

    Rachel’s routine is yet different this week. Even though I go to the same class every week, her routine is always changing. This week she started with a short run with non stop hills and even sprints on hills. Then short weights. The next run interval was 14 mins and had sprints on hills again. The routine got harder as it went on and we got more tired. The final weights was manageable but still killer at that point. Rachel’s explanations are detailed. Energy is contagious. Motivation is unending. Her song selection matched with the build up and pace of the routine is spot on. Always a torturous yet satisfying 50 mins each week.

    This is the first class Ive attended at Core Collective that I feel I might come back for. Kenneth is very friendly and genuine and he makes an effort to keep everyone motivated, which was really nice. The workout itself was a little squat-heavy but maybe thats what he was going for.     Jae's energy was so good??? The workout was varied and interesting, and the intensity was shiok!! Only small downside is that during the session the music is rly damn loud (good at times, bad for certain songs) and that makes it rly hard to hear any instructions given during the sets. The mic is v echoey as well. But overall I rly enjoyed the workout :) Good if you have some background in bounce, so that you can follow along the steps quickly by just looking at the instructor's steps.

    Great workout, it actually hurt a lot though it doesn’t burn as much calories. Can be difficult if you’re not that flexible because the way your 2 feet has to point is really ._. Note that the sonata location doesn’t have showers or towels. And can be hard to see the teacher for students at the back.

    Very nice session to attend. Very nice instructor with good positive energy. Instructors is very clear and detailed.     By a twist of fate I ended up being the only student for this class haha!! But it was actually by far the best yoga class I’ve been to, after being on classpass for so long! Ying was really detailed in her way of teaching (she switched the level of the class to one that was more accessible for me) and I can actually say as someone who practices yoga once/week, she helped me to gain so much more confidence in trying crow pose!     Shao Hao’s voice is very soothing and he caters to the general level of experience of the class. Class pace was slower than previous one I attended but appreciated it a lot as he took time to explain how to transition into each pose while maintaining a flow.
