see all reviewsJayne is a lovely instructor - firm, somewhat no-nonsense style yet gentle and generous with guiding the students into the correct postures. Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

see all reviewsNot the most beginner-friendly but a good arm workout. Yan will demo the flow but moves through it quickly when doing it with the class so if you’re stuck at one of the moves you tend to lose the flow. But she’s lovely and will go around offering individual help after a few demos.

Appreciated the multiple options she provided for poses which allowed me to experience the benefits of the intended poses while managing a wrist injury. 10/10 & definitely coming back for more classes led by Felicia!

see all reviewsFirst time at this studio and aerial class, please note that this is not suitable for beginner students!! You definitely need some aerial experience. But Lynda was very accommodating and guided my friend and I through the advanced poses to the best of our capabilities. Despite the experience gap, we still had fun and class got me sorely aching (in a good way) now :’) Thanks Lynda for the class!

see all reviewsThe instructor is very friendly and gives very clear instructions. The studio is also clean and cooling. There is minimal adjustments but we can see the instructor's pose clearly and follow through. The instructor also drips different essential oils (orange, peppermint, grapefruit) on our palms for our inhalation throughout the class.

see all reviewsNot a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!

see all reviewsA interesting intro of Mysore by the Cheri where she ‘silently led’ the full primary series to allow first timers to follow and jump back in whenever they need to take a break or when not ready for any of the pose. Cheri did a good explanation of 3 key points of Ashtanga practice and the safety. The class conducted mostly in Mandarin and some English. Highly recommended for those already started on the ashtanga foundation and basics classes.

see all reviewsAwesome. Great class - been practicing hot Bikram for a long time. The teacher focussed on alignment and was really clear on getting us in the right form before executing a posture. The details are what makes a gd yoga class. I was pleasantly surprised at how much technique was communicated. Most times, the Teachers just happily execute without checking form and risks injuries to inexperienced and intermediate yogis. The teacher did not demonstrate but gave concise instructions and called out whenever she noticed bad form. This is an excellent lunch time class
