I love how she switches it up, some classes have spurts of cardio… some are heavy and slow focused. She will push you hard but big on “do what works best for you”. Easily one of my favorite instructors.

see all reviewsKarim was super high energy ! The class is fast paced and you have to pay attention to the cues. I was able to modify the movements for myself. But the class is geared toward lifting weights while also doing compound movements. Not for beginners! I noticed some people did not have proper form while performing the movements which could lead to injury. The instructor isn’t able to do a lot of form adjustments bc of how fast paced the class is and he had to coach both the treadmills and the weight lifting at the same time. A screen providing visuals of the movements would help a lot so that coach could provide more form instruction. This class is structured in circuits so you do cardio for 6 min and weights for 6 min… similar to some of the orange theory style workouts that are rapid cycling. It was a leg and core class but I wish there was more core. But overall a great class- the time passed super fast! It was only maybe a 40-45 min class though.

I’ve done yoga a few times in the past months and this is something that I was expecting to be like the other classes, but it was so good. wasn’t too hard or too easy, it was perfect for me. I actually used the tea station, I "arrived" in my space knowing it's clean, I "welcomed" myself to a place where I feel comfortable enough to connect with my practice again and this is definitely going to be part of my weekly routine. 😌 I am home. Just in time when I truly needed it most. Thank you to the husband and wife duo for creating a prenatal and postnatal space that is NOT in the valley.
