see all reviewsReally enjoyed this class. The instructor was firm with her instruction, but simultaneously caring and connected. The flow was challenging but also modifiable, as needed. I mentioned a back injury and she checked on me a few times, which I really appreciated. Easy parking, clean and spacious studio.
