see all reviewsBoth instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.
