    Loved this class! This was my first time taking a rowing class and I’d say it was challenging but not to the point where I felt like I couldn’t do it. The instructor was super nice and played really good music! Will definitely be booking again.

    Such an amazing class. Ava is truly a great instructor. She is super motivating and helpful. She kept encouraging everyone throughout their workout which helps us work even harder. I loved the class. Definitely recommending to friends and family & definitely going again!

    As my first time here, jack & erin did a great job showing me around and made sure I was informed on how the class was going to be. Erin ensured my form was correct and helped coach me throughout the entire session. I definitely recommend this to anyone, whether it’s your first time working out or getting back into working out.
