Great class! Excellent instructor! Clear cueing. I like how Al repeats the exercise a few times so I can actually be in the move while he’s describing it instead of having to watch (less time wasted). Loved all the inclines!!!! Wish the classes were 60 minutes!!!

Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

Great, challenging workout as usual. I’ve been to other locations and a big pro of this location is the easy parking (garage nearby) and plethora of stores nearby if you want to kill two birds w one stone. However, I felt the people at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn’t bother explaining where the lockers/changing rooms were, even after I let them know I was new to the location.

What an AMAZING instructor!! I have a knee injury and she kept coming over and checking on me and offering modifications. She was so attentive and kind...the first time an instructor has shown that she really cares!! I loved it. The best part was that she went around and checked in with other ladies too and it adds such a nice personal touch and adds a little boost to your workout. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my friends!

Loved the music and variety of exercises! This class was slightly more challenging than other Barre3 classes I have taken, which I loved! It wasn't just regular squats squats and more squats. I wish there were a few more modifications or help since I wasn't sure if I was doing 1 or 2 things correctly, and I would have liked a bit more explanation as to what the arm exercises were for, like which part of the arms since some of them were combinations. Otherwise amazing class!

Best spin class I've been to in a long time! This instructor is amazing. The music was great. It was an actual tough workout, not the usual over the top dancing stuff that they usually do. We still did fun movements and a lot of variety but it was really well balanced. I felt like I could actually focus on my workout. They need more instructors like this!

Warning to everyone: do not borrow a yoga mat from Andrea Ruelas because it might be the same mat with cat barf on it, which is still there, and is probably dried up and soaked through by now. About class, is her favorite move skating? Because I have taken at least 50 of Andrea's classes and I swear they all have skating. If one day she announced skating and in response I said, "What is skating?" that would be a good prank but she might not believe me. I could be a massive wimp though because just holding the squat position alone is challenging enough. Yes, I use the bar to sit lower, anyone who has ever listened to Andrea speak knows to do this.

This is my 2nd time taking a C1 class. And I will say this has probably been one of the most easiest yoga classes I’ve ever taken. They stop the class and have you sit so you can watch them explain how to do the chaturanga dandasana to downward dog. It’s nice getting this instruction as a beginner but I think it’s time for C2 or something more challenging. Still a great class and Caitlin was a great instructor

Great instructor. Clear instructions. Fast transitions. The 10 count suggestion is a little excessive since probably very few people on planet earth can do a true 1-Mississippi -pause - to 10 -Mississippi -pause - count. It ends up making one feel bad about herself, and this is coming from someone who actually moves very slowly. Also, it would be GREAT if there were pads on the C bars -- OUCH!!!

    50 mins. CORE FIT

It's a different type of class. Instructor was great. You do minute intervals on your mat, mostly core. It's the type of class for a wide variety of people and fitness levels. If you're a fitness freak, you may think this class is easy, but it's still challenging. He turns off the music to explain the exercise quickly and then turns on the music, and you do an exercise for a minute. Then same thing. Music off, new exercise explanation, 1 min exercise, etc etc

Not for beginners. Dina did a great job of leading the class into a strong Vinyasa flow. She offered verbal cues to ensure correct form, and she periodically checked on students’ forms. The class moves very quickly however, and most poses were described by their Sanskrit Asana names, so at least some previous Vinyasa practice is highly recommended.

    FREE Community Foundation Class

I really enjoyed this class. Samantha's energy was great and she was super encouraging. The whole class was welcoming and encouraging. You could really feel that you were stepping into a community, not just a "class". And being someone who was basically raised in a dance studio, I really appreciated that! You do need special sticky socks! (Which I noticed a few people wearing in the barre class I took last week as well) They sell them at the studio for $15/ea. The machine looks a lot more intimidating than it really is! Samantha did go over it with us before class briefly, but I didn't fully understand t until the class began and we were going through each move. Another trainer was working out in my midday class, which was actually super helpful because whenever I got unsure about my form I could look to her as an example (or say "help!" And Samantha came over and helped me adjust). I'd definitely recommend this class.

Earl is a great instructor. I love his laid back, relaxed style. He doesnt care to be the center of attention like some instructors with their constant handstands and complex balance asanas. He keeps it real and welcoming to all. I truly appreciate that. The only thing is the chanting. The Sanskrit chanting is fine, but extensive. Its usually reserved for religious Hindu events, not yoga. It would be like someone reciting Bible scripture in a yoga class. Anyway, overall a great class. But being Indian, I found the chanting too much. Great instructor overall. I would take his class again.

Loved it! Didnt leave feeling like I got a super intense workout because they have someone help the beginners learn the basic moves (AMAZING RIGHT) but I noticed what the regulars were going and they all seemed to be drenched in sweat and dying. Once I learn the basic moves and rhythm, I think itll be both a great workout and a great way to build a skill. I was floored by how attentive and sweet they were, I felt so welcome. There was one lady who was kind of grumpy and yelled at me for stepping on some kind of mat with my shoes (ha ha), so it may have been helpful for them to tell me that I couldnt walk on it with my shoes because I was there 30 minutes early. Loved it!!

Dont really want to write this for selfless reasons and the fear of the secret being let out... One of the best yoga classes Ive ever taken. Tori is the reason. She is compassionate , kind, caring, and passionate about what she does. Everything you hope for in a yogi. I drive 30 minutes just for this class.

    Total Body Conditioning

Loved this class! Definitely one of the more challenging classes Ive done on CP. a word to the wise - tons of cardio/jumping in this class!! I was dripping in sweat (and Im not a huge sweater). New and clean facilities with plenty of parking in the plaza. Will be coming back, esp to experience the other more traditional barre class that they offer.

    Yin & Yang Flow

Kat is amazing! She subbed for this Sunset Power Yoga class and made it more of a restorative/alignment practice, which I absolutely enjoyed and needed. She assisted me (with permission) to get into the poses properly and demonstrated modifications when I wasn’t able to do certain ones due to prior injuries (and overall just stiff joints). She was encouraging and nonjudgemental, and I really felt at ease. I look forward to taking more of her classes.

    Heated Vinyasa Groove

Carly is upbeat, picks great jams, and keeps things light. Im getting back into practice and was worried the class would be too hard. There were poses I couldnt do but I was fine to modify on my own or follow her instructions for other options. I liked that she was more about the experience rather than a rigid practice.
