    Vinyasa & Meditation: Foundation

    What I pleasure to be lead by Zephyr, someone who is so very anatomically aware and this was so evident in the questions she asked of those with injuries, suggesting standing with feet hip width apart and bending knees or raising the toes as a way to better tilt the pelvis. I loved the philosophy and the meditation. I felt fantastic afterwards!

    Reformer Pilates - Signature Light (beginner-intermediate level)

    I ended up actually enjoying this class after a rocky start but I’m very confused because this was not the class I thought I had booked? It said beginner to medium which I thought would just mean a lighter version of the signature but instead it was taught as a complete beginners class as if this was your first time on a reformer- including five minutes at the start explaining how the machine worked- which I already knew
