    HEATED FLOW 45

Huge studio with assigned mat sections - it felt very clean and welcoming. Autumn is AMAZING and has a very warm energy. Some parts of the class were a bit faster than I was used to but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. The temperature was perfect - warm but not too hot! I will definitely be back :)

    Ritual Hot Yoga

Loved class with Ariel! She had great energy as an instructor. Couple observations: the room didn’t feel hot enough; there were times I was feeling cool drafts and not because people were entering and exiting the room. Also, this class was short for some reason, 45 minutes from the time we stared to when I was at my locker getting my stuff.

    Smart 60

Very friendly front desk, nice equipment, and a wonderfully hot room! As a beginner, I thought the class was a bit too quickly paced for me, but it was clear that the teacher was very good. She helped me correct and adjust the poses to fit my ability.

    Classic (50 Mins)

Class with Andrea was challenging and I had to stop a few times throughout, but a great workout and would definitely come back again! It is very fast and since it was my first time, I was lost at times. Definitely harder than Barre3!

    AERIAL FITNESS

My abs were ON FIRE after this class!! For that, along with the great playlist, I give it five stars. The class size was pretty small, I would’ve appreciated a little more personal guidance from the instructor, but overall it was a great class and I had fun trying something new.

Nejla is an amazing instructor. The key thing about Nejla is she combines the spiritual (very important to yoga) and the physical is such a beautiful harmonic way. Her class is challenging but humbling, take the modifications she says and shows!

This class was great! Sabrina had a great flow and was very clear in her demonstrations of the positions. She showed us different ways to get into side crow which allowed me to hold that pose for the first time ever! Can’t wait to take another of Sabrina’s classes.
