    Nice gym with plenty of space and machines. They have a small whirl pool, steam, and sauna with tons of showers. Very clean amenities- they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and some straighteners. Just missing deodorant! Otherwise gorgeous and would definitely go back.

    Nicole’s classes never disappoint. She is very friendly and a motivating instructor. She is precise and timely with her instructions. She always provides options/modifications for difficult moves so that she makes sure everyone in the class gets a good workout.

    Lisa is great, very encouraging and detailed about corrections. The class is a good workout, but it involves props for every move which I wasn't expecting for a mat class. Small room and small class so it's very personal.
