    Even though this was a “coach in-training” class, it was the best SolidCore class I have ever taken. The instructor was able to maintain the flow of teaching a group class, while still being able to provide each of us with individualized attention.     Really fast paced and intense! Note that this class was only 45 minutes, not an hour. Maybe not the best for someone brand new to pilates, but a great workout! Class size is kept small (4 people) because good form is essential. Julie was lovely and welcoming.
