see all reviewsJohnny was the best SC instructor at modifying/ explaining for new riders (i am not one, but we all were once!). He was great (not my favorite music but that’s a me problem). I struggle with the sound system here as it is VERY LOUD and VERY TREBLE-HEAVY, piercing at times. This is the only studio where I wear ear plugs and they were out 😫

see all reviewsThe space is really nice! The class was great! I don’t like choreo on the bike, there was a little bit of that (stand up, sit down rapidly) but I skipped and didn’t feel pressured to follow the exact directions, but still got a great workout!

see all reviewsThe class and instructor were both amazing…such a fun way to start the day! My only complaint is that I wasn’t told that you don’t just pick an open bike and that you are assigned a number that corresponds to which bike you should use. I haven’t been to a spin class in 5 years so I didn’t know! I asked one of the instructors about this after class and they said that ClassPass assigns you a number but I wasn’t able to find anything in the app or in the emails received about the reservation. Now that I know this, I will be sure to ask each time I come in!

see all reviewsHonestly such a great class and a good vibe. The studio is nice - it didn’t bother me that the water station and stuff was downstairs. There are lockers upstairs as well. The only downside is you have to pay to rent shoes and I personally don’t cycle enough to invest in shoes but it would be worth it!
