    I have now been to 20 classes in Boston and Barry’s by far is the winner! It is definitely more intimidating than it looks. Everyone’s focus is on themselves, nothing to worry about there! I felt PUSHED and supported by my instructor. Love love love!

    Challenging, fast paced, fun workout. Starts with foam rolling to activate the muscles, then HIIT circuits using mostly resistance bands hung up on the wall, then end with foam roll. A few times I lost time trying to learn the new movements and get the form right, but regardless I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow!
