I admire Eddie’s particular attention to form with his participants, and truly appreciate his corrections. Space is abit small for barbell training with lots of equipment, perhaps the equipment needs relocation for easier access. Setting up is a hassle if you are not familiar, suggest to go at least 15 minutes earlier if you are new.

    First time joining Francis' class and attending a class at Fitworx after MCO. Good safety measures and the studio was properly marked to comply with social distancing measures. Very commendable. I really liked the Vinyasa with Francis as I could follow his demonstration and clear instructions. It felt so good to stretch in an in person class! Livestream classes don't feel the same. I'm just very happy to be back in a studio heh. Vinyasa yoga may be a bit challenging for absolute yoga beginners, but if you have attended 3-5 yoga sessions prior and can tell what's a downward dog and forward fold, you're in pretty good hands.
